Terms and conditions

NOTE: 10% discount on the total price if you buy two or more stands from the same category.

The exhibition package includes 2 free registrations (exclusive social events). Please note that staff registrations can only be done AFTER you have completed the stand purchase. You will receive an email with registration instruction after we receive your stand purchase.

It is possible to reserve the stand of choice for 30 days for a fee of 495€. The fee will be credited on the final registration.

Please note:

• The reservation fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation within the 30 days reservation time or after the 30 days reservation time.
• After the mentioned 30 days of reservation, the reservation will be automatically converted in a binding purchase of the reserved booth.
• In case of cancellation after the reservation time of 30 days, the below mentioned Cancellation Policy will apply in addition to the reservation fee.

Liability & Insurance
The cost for the stand does not include the insurance of stands/stand staffs against accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to any possessions. Exhibitors are advised to take out adequate relevant insurance to all expenses in regards to BIBM Congress 2026.

Cancellation Policy
Stand sign-up can be changed (subject to availability) or cancelled against an administration fee of EUR 295 (will not be credited to intended booth upgrade) until December 31, 2025. After this date, all the registrations and purchases are binding and you will be liable for the full cost of your admission to the event notwithstanding a subsequent cancellation after December 2025 or your failure to attend. No refund shall be given.

Any cancellation or changes have to be addressed in writing and sent to contact@bcf-congress.com

No refund will be made for the administration fee or additional costs caused by different payment methods.

BIBM Congress 2026 reserves the right to decline your choice of stand space.
